  Ingredients
          1/2 C strawberries
          1/2 C raspberries
          1/2 C cauliflower florets (optional)
          1/2 C Greek yogurt (or nondairy alternative)
          3/4 C milk (or nondairy alternative)
              Instructions
              1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you cannot or prefer not to use frozen fruit, you can add a handful of ice.
