Berries are great antioxidants that increase the health of our brains and our body's various systems. The Greek yogurt (or nondairy alternative) and milk add protein; the combination of fiber and protein will keep you full for hours! Cauliflower is our secret ingredient here; it will boost the fiber content, but you won't taste any trace of this cruciferous veggie. Enjoy!

1/2 C strawberries
1/2 C raspberries
1/2 C cauliflower florets (optional)
1/2 C Greek yogurt (or nondairy alternative)
3/4 C milk (or nondairy alternative)

1.     Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you cannot or prefer not to use frozen fruit, you can add a handful of ice.
