½ C strawberries
½ C raspberries
½ C cauliflower florets (optional)
½ C Greek yogurt (or nondairy alternative)
C milk (or nondairy alternative)
Instructions

1.     Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you cannot or prefer not to use frozen fruit, you can add a handful of ice.
