Cucumber Mint Yogurt

Cool, creamy, and refreshingly bright, this cucumber mint yogurt is inspired by traditional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes like tzatziki and mast-o-khiar. Packed with probiotics from plain yogurt, hydrating cucumber, and digestion-friendly mint, it’s as functional as it is flavorful. A splash of olive oil adds heart-healthy fats, making this dip or sauce a nourishing way to elevate grilled veggies, grains, or warm pita.

Notes

Chef's Tip: If using thick yogurt, whisk in a splash of water first to loosen it to your desired consistency—smoother for a sauce, or keep it thick for a dip. Once you’ve adjusted the texture, stir in the remaining ingredients.
