Ingredients
4 C sugar snap peas
3 clv Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
pn dried red chili flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, as needed
pepper as needed
Instructions

1. Rinse and dry the snap peas. Crush or mince the garlic.

2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium to high heat.

3. Add the snap peas and cook, tossing regularly until they are slightly charred.

4. Add the garlic, chili flakes, and lemon juice with salt and pepper. Toss to combine

5. Cook until the garlic is fragrant. Serve warm.
