  Ingredients
          1 bn broccoli, cut into florets
          2 Tbsp butter
          1 medium onion (halved and thinly sliced)
          1 C celery, thinly sliced
          2 clv Garlic, minced
          2 tsp grated lemon zest
          1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
           salt and pepper to taste
              Instructions
              1. In a saucepan, bring 1 inch of water to a boil. Place broccoli into steamer basket and place basket into saucepan.
2. Cover and allow to steam for 5 minutes, until tender yet crisp. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Once melted, add onion and celery. Sauté until tender, about 4-5
minutes.
4. Add garlic and sauté one minute more. Then add broccoli, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Heat until warmed through.
