About Death Cab for Cutie

Formed in Bellingham, Washington in 1997, Death Cab for Cutie broke through internationally with 2003’s platinum-certified Transatlanticism, later named by NPR as one of “The Decade’s 50 Most Important Recordings.” Their 2005 major-label debut, Plans, also went platinum, earned a GRAMMY nomination for Best Alternative Album, and produced hit singles including “Soul Meets Body” and “I Will Follow You into the Dark.”

Over the decades they have continued to create and top charts. This June they released their 11th studio album, I Built You a Tower. The record showcases Death Cab for Cutie’s signature blend of introspective storytelling and dynamic rock arrangements with standout tracks like “Riptides” and “Punching the Flowers”.  

About Sean Solomon
Sean Solomon is a Los Angeles-based musician, animator, and former member of Moaning and folk-punk band Moses Campbell. Following Moaning's hiatus in 2023, he spent two years crafting his debut solo album, The World Is Not Good Enough (ANTI- Records), a thoughtful collection that blends intimate acoustic songwriting with experimental indie rock.

Influenced by artists like Elliott Smith, Daniel Johnston, and Nirvana, Solomon explores disillusionment, creativity, and connection through both music and visual art. Beyond recording, he creates his own animations, comics, and live visuals, bringing a uniquely multidisciplinary approach to his work.
