This fruit salad is packed with fall flavors while providing nutrients such as fiber, antioxidants, and healthy carbohydrates! It is also easily customizable with different fruits, nuts, and toppings to suit personal preferences.

Ingredients
1/2 C red grapes
1/2 C purple grapes
1 1/2 C blackberries (about 6 oz package)
2 apples
1/2 C pecans
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 orange, juiced
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 pn salt
Instructions
- To a large bowl, add the grapes and blackberries. Set aside.
- To a medium bowl, add all of the dressing ingredients. Mix well with a whisk.
- Then, cut your apples into thin slices and add them to the bowl with the dressing. Mix well so that all apple slices are coated.
- Pour the bowl of apples and dressing into the larger bowl with the rest of the fruit. Mix well.
- Top the salad with the pecans and serve.
Notes
- Thoroughly coat the apples with the lemon juice to help prevent browning and mix with the dressing before adding the remaining fruit.
- For maximum freshness, wait to slice the apples until ready to prepare; making the dressing first is recommended.
- This fruit salad is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for 1-2 days.
- Leftovers can be blended with almond milk and 1/2 frozen banana to make a fruit smoothie.
