Ingredients
1 C old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 C carrots (shredded)
1/4 C raisins
1/4 C almonds (chopped)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/3 C almond butter
1/4 C maple syrup
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, shredded carrots, almonds, raisins, and spices.
  2. Then add in almond butter and maple syrup. Mix together thoroughly.
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for one hour.
  4. Take out and shape into one-inch bites. Enjoy!

Chef's Tip: Don’t have maple syrup? Try using honey!
