Ingredients
1 C old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 C carrots (shredded)
1/4 C raisins
1/4 C almonds (chopped)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/3 C almond butter
1/4 C maple syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, shredded carrots, almonds, raisins, and spices.
- Then add in almond butter and maple syrup. Mix together thoroughly.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for one hour.
- Take out and shape into one-inch bites. Enjoy!
