This is a plant-based version of Chick-fil-a's famous dressing. It is made with vegan mayo and soy milk. Add it to salads, sandwiches, and grain bowls, or use it as a dip for raw veggies.

Ingredients
¼ C unsweetened soy milk (plain)
1 ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried dill
¼ tsp salt
tsp white or black pepper
C vegan mayonnaise
1 ripe avocado (seed and outer skin removed)
Juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions

1. Add soy milk and apple cider vinegar to a blender or food processor.

2. Add dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper, and then the mayo. Next, add the avocado, lime juice, and cilantro leaves. Blend on high speed until the texture is creamy and all ingredients are incorporated, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. 

3. Transfer dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to infuse all of the flavors.
