This simple coleslaw recipe only takes 10 minutes to put together! Its colorful array of veggies makes a great side dish for any meal with heart health in mind!

Ingredients
1 C Purple cabbage, shredded (For the coleslaw:)
1 C shredded Napa or green cabbage
½ C carrots (Shredded)
½ C cilantro, finely chopped
½ lemon, juiced
1 tsp pinenuts (Sprinkle on the top)
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (For the dressing:)
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp honey
1 clv Garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp celery salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions

1. In a medium-size bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside

2. In another medium-size bowl, mix all the ingredients for the coleslaw.

3. Pour the dressing mix over the coleslaw and mix well.

4. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.

5. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to marinate together.

6. Garnish with the remaining cilantro and fresh lemon juice.

7. Serve and enjoy!
