Ingredients
1 can salmon (drained)
1 pkg light cream cheese (8 ounce, softened)
1/2 C light sour cream
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place drained salmon in a bowl and stir in cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, parsley, dill. salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until combined and serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
