Ingredients

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1/8 tsp black pepper
2 C strawberries (hulled and quartered)
2/3 C fresh, small mozzarella cheese pearls (or other preferred small cheese cubes)
1/4 C fresh basil leaves (chiffonade or cut into ribbons)
Instructions
1. Whisk 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ⅛ teaspoon pepper together in a small bowl until fully combined.
2. Arrange the quartered strawberries and mozzarella pearls in a large bowl; top with ¼ cup basil. Drizzle evenly with oil mixture, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
