Ingredients
2 ½ C strawberries, sliced
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
C old-fashioned rolled oats
C all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 ds salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ C butter, cold
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350o F. Lightly grease a pie dish or baking dish.

2. In a large bowl combine the strawberries with the sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Fold until the fruit is coated. Empty the strawberries into the prepared baking dish.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the oats flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut the butter with a fork, then add to the oat mixture. Use hands to help the crumble come together into chunks. Sprinkle crisp topping evenly over the strawberries.

4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the fruit bubbles in the center and the crisp browns on top. Check the crumble at 25 minutes and cover with foil if it's browning faster than the center bubbles.
