Healthy Chef Challenge

Join us on Saturday, April 7th at Nineteenth Century Club in Oak Park for the first ever Healthy Chef Challenge.  Doors open at 6:30 PM.

The Healthy Chef Challenge is a new event to benefit our Nutrition Education and Cooking Matters programing while featuring the incredible cooking talent in our community.  The event also kicks off our month-long CAN DO Community Challenge.  What makes this event different than the cooking shows on tv? All the ingredients they will be cooking with are items we typically receive at our food pantry, some more unique than others—think canned yams and cranberry sauce.

Limited VIP tickets are available for $100 and include early access, VIP seating, meet & greet with competitors, drinks during event, light appetizers, and 5 raffle tickets.  General Admission tickets are $40 and include 2 drink tickets beer, wine, water, pop, light appetizers, and a raffle ticket.  We will be raffling off gift cards and goodies from local restaurants and businesses.
