Governor Rauner has signed SB 1847 into law
SB 1847 will increase Illinois’ gross income limits for SNAP eligibility form 130% to 165% of the Federal Poverty level. On January 1st, 2016, an estimated 40,000 additional households in IL will have access to SNAP.
